Payment

50% retainer at signing, balance within 5 business days. Net 14 / 30 on projects over $1,500.

Revisions

Technical corrections within one week. Artistic direction stays at the photographer's discretion.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the price a range instead of one flat number?

A smaller cabin and a large lodge take different amounts of time to photograph, so the price follows the size of the property. The listed price covers a property up to 2,500 sq ft, and larger places step up from there. You'll always have the exact number before we book.

Is drone really included?

Yes. Aerial coverage comes with every tier, weather and airspace permitting. For a Hocking Hills property the setting is a big part of the draw, so drone is simply part of what a listing needs.

Do I have to choose photo-only or photo + video now?

No. Every tier is offered photo-only or with video, and you can add video later. The tier cards show both prices so you can see the difference at a glance.

I manage several cabins. Is there a better rate?

Yes, that's what the Day Rate is for. One visit, several properties, drone at each, and the Portfolio License included. Tell us your property mix and we'll scope a quote.

What does 'Portfolio / Brand License' actually let me do?

The included Property Marketing License covers marketing that specific listing. The Portfolio / Brand License extends the images to your wider company marketing, sales decks, and multi-property campaigns. It's included in Full Experience and every Day Rate, or +$300 on a single-property booking.

Do you travel outside the Hocking Hills?

Yes, well beyond it, including multi-property trips out of state. Travel is included within 30 miles of McArthur, OH; beyond that it's built into the quote.
