How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks or more is ideal, especially in peak fall and summer seasons. Reach out early and I'll hold a date while we plan the details.

How should I prepare my property?

Use the free Shoot-Day Staging Checklist on this site. It walks you through every room and the exterior so your place looks its best on camera.

How soon will I get my photos and video?

Image delivery is usually 1–2 weeks, with video typically following about 1–2 weeks after that. Need a specific timeline? Just ask — I'm always happy to discuss scheduling.

Do you travel outside the Hocking Hills?

Yes. I'm based in the Hills but travel for shoots well beyond the area and take on projects across the country. Just tell me where your property is.

Do you offer video and drone, not just photos?

Absolutely. Cinematic property tours, vertical social reels, and aerial drone footage are all part of what I do, on their own or bundled into a package.
