I help short-term rental owners in the Hocking Hills turn their properties into listings that book out. From the first aerial pass to the final edited reel, every frame is made to show guests exactly why your place is the one.

I've spent years behind the camera in these woods. I know the light at Old Man's Cave at golden hour, the best season to shoot a hot tub deck, and what makes a guest stop scrolling. That local knowledge is the difference between pretty photos and photos that sell nights.

When I'm not on a shoot, you'll find me out in these hills with my wife, Kaitlyn, and our two children. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, and traveling with my family. I'm a shutterbug at heart, too, and I chase landscape photography well outside of short-term rental media every chance I get. That same love of new places is why I happily travel beyond my home area for shoots.

The same woods and water that make this such a special place to visit are home for us, and that's the perspective I bring to every property: I'm not just photographing a rental, I'm showing guests why they'll love it here.
