We collect your photo and video library, brand details, and property facts: amenities, sleeping capacity, the features guests book for. Everything is organized so the right shot is always findable, and the wrong claim never gets made.

Each month we build your posting calendar: what posts, on which platforms, on which days, with what goal. Seasonal content lands in season. You review and approve it in minutes.

Produce

Our team turns your library into finished content: branded carousels, single-image posts, and optional short-form reels, all produced with repeatable processes we've refined across every property we manage.

We don't flood a cold feed on day one. A brand-new or dormant account gets warmed up at a measured pace, then builds steadily to daily image posting as it gains traction. Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set anything up or check on it?

No. Onboarding is a single working session where we connect your accounts and collect your assets. After that, your involvement is one short monthly plan review. That's the entire point of the service.

Is any of this computer-generated?

Every image and video we post is real photography of your actual property, shot by us or supplied by you. Nothing is computer-generated. Our efficiency comes from repeatable production processes and a system built to scale, with a human reviewing every post before it goes live.

Why not post every day from the start?

A brand-new or dormant account that suddenly floods the feed reads as spam to both the platform and your followers, and it can quietly suppress your reach. We warm the account up: a measured pace at first, building steadily to daily image posting as it gains traction. Reels run about three times a week once you're up to speed. It's how you grow an audience that actually sees your cabins.

What's the difference between the tiers?

The kind of content that carries your feed. Carousels is polished image posts and carousels. Image Reels adds motion built from your photos, three a week. Video Reels is our top tier: cinematic video reels shot and cut from real footage of your property. Every tier scales with how many properties we manage.

What if I don't have good photos?

That's our home turf. HHRM is a photography and video company first. We'll shoot your property, and as a subscriber you get 15% off every shoot.

Which platforms should I be on?

Every plan covers up to three channels, and you choose them with us. For most Hocking Hills rentals, Facebook and Instagram do the heavy lifting, so we usually start there and add a third where it earns its place. We recommend honestly and never push platforms your guests aren't on.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

Not in this service. Engagement is a separate offering. We'll flag it if your comment volume suggests you need it.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Social results are best judged over a full season, so we hope you'll give it a few months, but you're never locked in.

Who owns the content?

You do. Everything we create for your properties is yours to keep, including if you leave.
